Return Policy Top
We guarantee your satisfaction with all curtainsonsale.com
merchandise. You may return or exchange any unused and unwashed
merchandise if you are dissatisfied with your purchase within 30 days
after the shipping date.
All returns require a Returned Merchandise Authorization number ( RMA ).
Please do not return any merchandise without obtaining a RMA. In order
to obtain a RMA along with return instructions and the correct return
address, please send an e-mail to:
Once your return is received and processed we will issue a
credit within 4 weeks to the credit card used to make the
purchase in the amount of the purchase price (excluding shipping
and handling charges). Please note that you are responsible
for shipping and handling charges on returned merchandise.
In order to ensure your return is safe and documented ,
send your package via a prepaid,
in the original package, insured and traceable method. Sorry,
shipping charges are nonrefundable.
We apologize if we have inadvertently sent you incorrect
merchandise. If this happens to be the case, you will be
reimbursed for the cost of returning the merchandise.
You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling
charges for replacement merchandise shipments.
We will process replacement merchandise shipments with
the shipment method of the original order.
Clearance items, customized items, monogrammed items,
products with cut label, cannot be returned.
Clearance and Sale items may only be exchanged for
items of equal or greater value.
Items must be returned within 21
days of delivery. Merchandise returned without a RMA number or after 21 days with
RMA number will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Items returned after
30 days of receipt will not be accepted for return,
will receive no credit and no exchange and will not be returned to
